What is the Product Launch Formula?

So what is the Product launch Formula all about?

Great question…

So – if you have a new product, company or service and you want to get it out to as many customers as possible – how do you do it?

Well, the ‘traditional way is to try a few of the following – adword campaign, banner ads, getting your friends to email more people, advertising such as press, television or billboards, getting sales people to sell it and so on…

If you have ever launched a new product, you’ll know its traditionally about incremental progress – grinding it out and winning a few yards of new territory every day….so that’s the time it takes, not to mention the cost involved.

Well, the Product Launch Formula is a fancy term to describe a tried and test approach or series of steps that have been deployed in multiple verticals to successfully launch a range or products, services and companies. And in this case the word ‘successfully’ is not a very good description for the kind of buzz and customer traction that has been created without spending money on all those traditional methods I outlined above.

Looking at The Product launch Formula 1.0 and 2.0 – the best way I can describe what they do is likening it to the “Perfect Storm” – perhaps you remember the movie with George Clooney? Not one of his best but thats beside the point…

In the movie, (and its possible I’m only half remembering it right…) three large waves intersect at one moment, in a certain way and the power they create intensifies and multiplies the negative effect of the wave – wiping out George’s boat.

That – to me – is what The Product Launch Formula is all about – it literally teaches you how to bring together a number of elements to intensify and multiply the reach and power of your product launches creating your own perfect storm in your market place. And in the process, your product is launched with a previously unimaginable amount of customer traction and acceptance.  Its literally not unheard of for companies to gain a years worth of sales in just the launch week alone – and that’s not to mention the ongoing positive effects of now being on the radar of a significant number of prospects.

One great thing is that Jeff Walker has done this over and over again over the last decade so his latest release “Product Launch Formula 3.0″ is building upon the learnings and success of all the previous launches that have gone before.  Now you could wait for Product Launch Formula 4.0 in a year or so but why wait to get your product into the hands of customer’s who will thank you.
